The pasta is made from two different types of flour specially imported from Italy. 2.
The two flours are carefully mixed 3.
An egg yolk and extra virgen olive oil are the other main ingredients of pasta. |

These are mixed with the flour in a special kneading machine. 5.
The kneading process takes about 30 minutes. 6.
The pasta then forms a dough-like mass ready for the next process. |
