Our spaghetti and penne pastas are imported from a small manufacturer in Italy, who use a special form of hard wheat and a long drying process to produce a really traditional pasta.

Sauces, the finishing touch to the Pasta

Our sauces are prepared to order and can be adjusted according to taste. The freshly cooked pasta is placed in the pan and mixed with the sauce in order that the flavours can fully develop.
