Place fresh clams in a pan

Season with herbs, etc and cook until the clams have opened.

Prepare the fresh spaghetti and add.

Remove the clams from the pan, wrap in aluminium foil and cook for a short time in the oven.
Remove and open the aluminium foil and prepare to enjoy.

The Spaghetti alle Vongole may now be served to your guests.

Should be served without cheese and just a little black pepper to taste. If you wish, dried peperoni can be added during cooking to really enhance and develop the flavour.
