Fresh Taglioline con Pomodoro


This pasta dish is particularly good in summer; it has a light, fresh taste and can be spicy, according to taste.



Skin fresh Italian Campania tomatoes.


Add extra virgin olive oil and garlic to a saucepan.


Add the skinned tomatoes to the pan and thoroughly mash, so the liquid from the tomatoes mixes with the hot olive oil.


Fresh Basil should added just before the end of the cooking time.

The fresh Tagliolini con Pomodoro is now ready to be served.

Quality of the Ingredients
Alhtough this is a simple recipe, it can only be made properly with an exceptionally high quality tomato (tomatoes can be as different as day and night!), for this is what gives the dish its special taste.
