Our Wine List
The selection of the wines offered by us, and the composition of the wine list, has been arranged in accordance with the following criteria:
- Class
- Price/quality - the Spanish wines were selected on the basis of our evaluation and tasting
- Special wines
Further considerations are:
- Name and label of the wine
- Vineyard and percentage of wine blends
- DO and/or DOC and DOCG
- Country - Spain or Italy
- Region
- Year
- Number of months maturing in the barrel
Red wines 01 - 15
The wines from number 01 - 15 are fresh red wines with a minimum of maturing or no maturing in the barrel. They are usually from a later year e.g. 2004, and the price range is between 11 - 20 euro per bottle.
Red wines 16 – 50
Includes wines between the years 2000 – 2003, in a price range of 11 - 40 euro per bottle.
Red wines 60 – 79
The wines in this group have been specially selected by us, and are of a high quality. The price range is 19 - 70 euro per bottle.
Rosé and White Wines
Generally these wines are all from the years 2003 and 2004. The price range is between 11 and 40 euro per bottle.

Each month IL Ristorante Italiano 'Pastahouse' selects a wine from our list, which is offered at a special price. We recommend you take advantage of this opportunity.
