The Pasta:

Pasta

The home made Pasta is prepared with fresh eggs and 3 types of flour.
Tagliatelle Tagliolini, Lasagne, Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Ravioli
The dry  Pasta: Spaghetti and the short Pasta 'Penne' made only with water and flour
FREE FLOUR PASTA - available is also an Italian Pasta  from rice meal .
Please note:
Our Pasta dishes are main courses and except for the Bolognese and Tomato sauces
each dish is prepared on the moment, typical of the classic Italian kitchen.

Spaghetti carbonara
Spaghetti with egg, Parmesan cheese, onion, bacon ( without  cream)
Penne Gorgonzola
Penne with Italian blue cheese
Penne panna/prosciutto
Penne with cream  and  boiled  ham
Ravioli  meat or vegetable 
with cream and  boiled  ham

Classic tomato sauce with fresh basil, garlic, onion, fresh vegetables
Matriciana
tomato, black olives, capers, bacon, onions
Tonno
Tuna, black olives and tomato,
Pica
olive oil, garlic, onion, red  pepper, capers, fresh tomato, black olives
Arrabiata
spicy tomato sauce with garlic, onions and black olives
Napoli
tomato, fresh basil, mozzarella, garlic, oregano
Zucchini
fresh courgettes, basil, garlic and mozzarella
Vegetable
fresh vegetable such as aubergine, pepper, courgette, etc. tomato,  garlic, onion
Pesto
olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil
Burro
melted butter with fresh sage
Ravioli (Stuffed home made Pasta): (see above or ask the staff)
meat – filled with 3 meat (Chicken, Pork, Beef) and vegetables
vegetable – fresh spinach and Ricotta 
Stuffed Cannelloni ( cooking time 15 min)
au gratin with béchamel sauce or tomato sauce, also with tomato/béchamel sauce. 
Meat – stuffed cannelloni with chicken, pork, beef and vegetables;   
vegetable – fresh spinach and Ricotta
Lasagne (cooking time 15min)
The classic home made  Lasagne with meat and béchamel sauce
Lasagne Pesto (cooking time 15min)
Lasagne  with Pesto and tomato
