Therefore, dishes are prepared using mostly low-temperature cooking methods.

The quality of the products prepared in our kitchen is our highest priority.

Hummer

I choose only live Canadian lobsters in the 500 to 600 grams weight category for my menu.

 

Lobsters as starters

DCooked in a special broth – ready to serve. The lobsters are served lukewarm without shell. Salad on the side

 

with mayonnaise (homemade) or an avocado cream sauce:

Lobsters as main dish

Upon order, the lobsters are cooked and served with the shell (also shell-less upon request). A half lobster is also possible. Served with salad

Lobsters cooked at low temperature.

 

The original taste of lobster meat is retained, since there is no contact of liquid with the lobster meat in the simmering phase.
